Table Mountain & Lions Head Loop
  • ca. 34 km / 900m climbing / 2 - 3 hours

  • scenic city route with beautiful costal views

  • need of a permit (SANParks, R 97) can be purchased
    at the Cape Town Tourism in Burg Street or at Kirsten-bosch Botanical Gardens

Cape Epic Prologue - Table Mountain

  • ca. 19 km / 400m climbing / 1 - 1 1/2 hours

  • want to explore the Cape Epic Prologue?

Tokai - Radio FM Mast

  • ca. 25 km / 900m climbing / 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours

  • stunning views on top of Constantia Berg (FM Mast)

  • serious continuous climbing. but worth the effort and some kiff single trails and berms at the end

  • need of a permit (SANparks, R 97, at the gate entering Tokai Park)

Hout Bay - Nek - Green Belt - Tokai -Silvermine - Chappies - Hout Bay

  • ca. 52 km / 1100m climbing / 3 - 4 1/2 hours

  • challenging loop

Meerendal - Durbanville (Blue Route)

  • ca. 25 km / 600m climbing / 1 1/2 - 2 hours

  • the views on top of Dorstberg are worth the tricky accent (or just do the blue route without the steep climb)

  • lots of fun single trails and berms - playground

Oak Valley - Grabouw (Black Route)

  • ca. 30 km / 600m climbing / 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours

  • guess the most beautiful trails in South Africa

But you don’t know the area that well so that you can ride for your own?

 

We offer guided MTB half day or full day trips with start in the Cape Town area. MTB trips starting outside Cape Town can be arrange as well and we are glad to guide you too.

 

Price                 R    750/person for tours with start in Cape Town (parking area in front of Virgin Active, Green Point – or by arrangement)

                           R 1100/person for tours starting outside Cape Town (transport at the expenses of the rider/group)

​                           Ask for discount if more than one rider

 

Insurance        It is the responsibility of each rider to take out travel and personal accident insurance cover. Therefore, you must be adequately insured

                           against personal injury, medical expenses arising from accident or injury, theft or damage
